Evasion 3

Evasion 3 invites us to travel even further through ten new interior textile creations crafted from hand-harvested natural materials, many of them native to specific regions and cultures. Each fibre is carefully transformed by hand into skeins before being woven strand by strand on traditional handlooms, preserving ancestral craftsmanship and authenticity.

Every name in the collection beginning with the letter “S” evokes the Pacific Islands or draws inspiration from the Philippine vernacular word Sinta, meaning “to love” — a poetic tribute to beauty, emotion, and artisanal heritage.

Abaca, raffia, Romblon, Lampacanay, Bakbak, and Salago are ancient natural fibres extracted from banana trees, palm leaves, water hyacinth, and tree bark. In a time that celebrates authenticity and sustainability, these noble materials are brought back into the spotlight, inviting us to rediscover the true simplicity of luxury through traditional savoir-faire.

The collection reveals delicate compositions woven with discreet Philippine cotton warps that highlight the rich diversity of tones, textures, and nuances found in natural fibres.

Each production is inherently unique — shaped both by the individuality of the fibre itself and by the hand of the weaver, whose craftsmanship becomes a signature woven into every piece.
